Delivery and Returns Policy Delivery All items are dispatched within 3 days or sooner of cleared payment. Most items are sent by Royal Mail Signed For. Larger items are sent by Courier Signed For on a 3-5 day time frame. Returns In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return items purchased within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will not be made on new items which have been used (e.g. headphones which have been removed from their packaging). Please email us prior to returning any items. Please note that all items are security marked to prevent fraudulent returns. If your item is faulty and needs to be returned within the 90 guarantee period, we will pay the cost of return - please email us and advise you how to return the item.
